Should I report her? Read description

I live in a very small redneck town. I go to an alc and this year we got a new teacher (she's not necessarily a teacher, she works through a therapist service and does a group health class once a day) In class yesterday she kept saying the N word and complaining about Muslims and swearing. Everyone else thought it was funny and cool but it made me uncomfortable because it was super racist. I don't want to get her fired and have everyone hate me but I feel disgusted with her. She also told us that if we told on her, she'd definitely deny it.
