Is this a toxic trait? How can I fix it? (Also kind of a rant, I’m sorry)

Okay, so let me start by saying I usually don’t have such a short temper, but this has just been a week where it seems like everything has gone wrong, and I’m so busy I haven’t been able to see my family for any extended period of time in almost a month. I’m 18, a senior in high school, and participate in band, cheer, and I work. Recently, also, I’m in a relationship! I’m so happy with him and he’s such an amazing guy, but I’m so worried that I’ve been acting in a way recently that could potentially be toxic. He’s been trying to spend more time with his friends lately, which I TOTALLY understand and support, but they tend to kind of steal him away from me without giving me a chance to say bye or talk to him. They miss him, I get it, but it’s just been such a rough week that today when they did it I completely lost it. I started crying and when I got out to my car, I got in and slammed the door. I didn’t do anything directly to him, but I ended up apologizing via text for getting so emotional over it. I’m worried this is a toxic trait that could be a form of guilt tripping or something, and what I can do to stop it if it is? Any advice would be appreciated, I’m just so stressed out lately. Sorry for the long post 🙁
