😟 Worried about my weight

So for the past seven months have been stressed over a lot of things that has been going on in my life. The most important,my inability to conceive.Over the last one month I've been loosing weight drastically. In the first two weeks I lost a total of thirty pounds. Without any form of exercise or weight loss method... Two weeks later I returned to my doctor and I lost an additional ten pounds. I have been wanting to loose the weight..but I'd never taught stress could do it.

Is this healthy at all?
