Can’t hold bladder and I’m only 19!!!
So lately I’ve been noticing that out of no where I get the urge to pee and I can’t hold it. It’s random too! I could be talking to my boyfriend and boom I can’t move or I’ll pee or I’ll be walking my dog and gotta run home and change. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. It’s really embarrassing too.
Any suggestions or tips?
