9dpo creamy ewcm

I'm 9dpo, confirmed O with OPKs and bloodwork, I don't normally check my cm but decided to today, and I was kind of shocked as I've never had this much cm before and it was VERY stretchy, with bits of lotiony cm mixed with the ewcm. I've been feeling pinching and mild af like cramps, my nipples are sensitive and very red, only the nipples not the areolas (???). I feel like I can see a very very very faint line on my wondfos but nothing obvious enough to say it's not line eye or trick of the light. Anyone experience something similar?
