Cystic Ass Acne

Hello I am 17 (almost 18) and have suffered from severe cystic acne in my ass and the area where my adductor muscles are closer to my groin. It’s very painful and I am very insecure about it. I don’t have any insurance and my mother doesn’t really think it’s an issue though it causes me a lot of pain. I don’t have insurance but I do work and earn my own money. I am not too sure how much a dermatologist visit will cost me and no at home remedies I’ve tried have really worked.
