Husband is cancer-survivor...

...from when he was a kid, and radiation/chemo were for his torso. Now we're at the end of the first month TTC #1. Now he feels like a 'failure' and is already talking about getting fertility testing that I'm sure our insurance doesn't cover. Oh, and just dropped that he's been nervous about that since before we got married. So here I am, joking about "no dice this time, huh?" and he's apparently having a mental meltdown.

...I'm not great at responding to this, because I think he's being drastic seeing as we've only been trying for a month. Thoughts?
