Should I tell him?

There’s a guy that I like and we always hang out at school. I get the feeling he likes me back but idk if I’m just being self centered lol . Anyways this past week I found out a lot that I didnt know about him, like he talks to a lot of girls and he has a fuck buddy. I just don’t know what to do because I was building up the courage to tell him about my feelings but what should I do since I found out that stuff I’m hesitant now. Please help!!
