My son has really bad gas and REALLY bad acid reflux. We changed formulas to stop him from throwing up EVERYTHING he ate. Now I am wondering if we change bottles if it may help with the gas. What bottles do you use and love?

I liked dr browns for when my kids actually would take a bottle (which was rarely). My son had really bad acid reflux too and I would sleep him in a wedge and that helped a lot. It also helps to stop once or twice during feeding and burp them. Definitely don’t put them down until you’ve gotten a couple burps out of them. That will help a lot with the gas and vomiting.

You poor mama and poor baby. Please do not make your own formula. It is extremely dangerous. 
We also had problems with reflux and gas. We tried about 8 different bottles. We had the best luck with the bottles that have the plastic bag in it and you push the air out manually. I think they’re avent? My sons 2 so I don’t remember exactly. 
I hope he gets some relief soon. It’s tough when they don’t feel good. Probiotic drops also helped a lot and I’ve had a lot of friends use chiropractors with a lot of relief.

The only bottles my daughter could use was the avent naturals bottles with slow flow nipples. All others would make her throw everything up immediately.

If you find a solution let me know my sons struggled with HORRIBLE acid reflux ever since he was born. He throws up a million times a day, slowly gaining weight, and it sometimes has blood.
