Antidepressants while pregnant/breastfeeding?

I don't want to go too much into detail, I got diagnosed with ptsd & generalized anxiety I have another doctor apt next week to talk about treatment plans ect. 
, I'm just curious to know if anybody started or stayed on anti depressants ssri's while pregnant and while breastfeeding? Risks? Pros/cons? Any personal information& experiences are helpful! TIA.

I’m staying on my meds. They’re category B and I feel that my pregnancy will be healthier staying on them. Your doctor will tell you what you can and can’t take and what’s safe
