Is it normal?

So I had my ultrasound yesterday, I’m 18 weeks pregnant and I feel like my baby is low? Sonographer said it was low too, but I shouldn’t worry. But I just wanna know if anyone else was like this?

Idk if you can tell by the picture but he’s more to the left a little under my belly button or even right beside it. Will he move up? Or could my bowels (TMI) be in the way? I haven’t been able to go for a few days😩
