What does this dream mean?!

I have just woken up and dreamt that I had a baby girl. She was very premature, so tiny she was able to fit comfortably in one of my hands. She had on a pink knitted hat and cardigan. She even had a name, I was walking around with her and the next thing I looked at her and her face wasn’t there anymore, she had a face but it wasn’t her face. Quite disturbing actually. All my family were there and didn’t see too bothered about it. I then was driving home when I seen a movie billboard and it was of me and basically it was a sequel to just what happened, saying that there was another baby on the way, so deep down I was happy knowing I was going to have another. Then I woke up feeling all sort of emotions about it.

Can anyone help try and figure this out with me?
