Nasty looking clot after molar TMI!!

I apologize for posting this I just don’t know if this is normal or not. Last weekend I had a D&C for a complete molar pregnancy. Today I woke up with pain and went back to sleep. I woke back up in sooo much pain worse than I have ever felt before. Not like a period. My cramps are so sharp and strong. I got up and felt a clot just fall out of me (I’m so sorry for tmi) I went to the bathroom and passed a grape sized clot in the toilet. Then wiped and got a clot a little bigger than a grape. It was hard and didn’t look cute. I’m sure it’s tissue but idk if I should go see some one or what.
