Question about anal sex

Okay I'm going to start off you guys are going to think I'm dumb which I probably am... Okay my boyfriend has been wanting to have anal sex with me for a while so I did it today and it hurt now I'm afraid I'm going to die I'm hypochondriac or I might die from having anal sex will I die from it and how in the hell can someone have anal sex without wanting to cry is there a ways to have anal sex without it hurting if so please leave a comment and tell me some techniques I can do to it doesn't hurt...
