My lazy ass doctor

When i was with my ex i had some really weird discharge, like it was thin and watery and sometimes dryish, Followed by itching and a fish odor that I’ve never experienced before, but what really freaked me out was red sometimes yellow streaks in my underwear. I knew something wasn’t right and went to my lazy ass gyno who told me “every girl has some kind of a discharge, dont worry ab it it’s probably the birth control”. But i just knew that wasn’t normal. She only did a urine test (which came back positive for a UTI). At this point I was shoving garlic up my vagina because i was soo desperate to get rid of whatever the fuck was growing up there. Anyways a friend told me about how sweet her gyno is and recommended i go see her. As soon as I met with them and started explaining what was happening and they already knew it was BV. After months and months of dealing with this weird shit coming out of me someone finally listened to me and ran lab test, ( I was on my period when they win the test and I was so uncomfortable and nervous in the assured me that the test will still be accurate and that it doesn’t mean anything. They made me feel so comfortable. Immediately they prescribed me antibiotics. I have two more days left of the antibiotics and I haven’t really seen anything changed but I called my doctor today and they said that they have to be completely done in order for me to not have those symptoms anymore. Also I will get the BV lab results until two days from now. Moral of the story make sure your doctor isn’t lazy and always request that the check for whatever you want. Never know what could be growing up there.
