ER or wait it out ??

ok so I think I may have endo because my periods are unbearable and my cramps are killer and beats the shit outta me and my moods. I started birth control a month ago and since then haven’t gotten my period, but I’m spotting everyday and even that is concerning. Tonight thought I am up every hours because I feel sharp pains coming from my uterus, I’m constantly on the toilet and can’t sleep, the ER can be expensive but if I can wait till I can see my gyno I can save some money. But anyways I literally had no other place to turn to. Thanks :).
