So my SO likes to suck on my boobs and sometimes he'll bite on the nipple. He's been doing it a lot lately and has even left me lots of bruises & hickles. They're actually really soar right now & sometimes as he's sucking I feel pain. Do you guys think this would affect me when I have I kid? Would it stop me from producing milk or something? Overall, does this affect my body in anyway?

No, I don’t think it would have any long term effects, but tell him to be more gentle. My SO bites my nipples too but he’s never broken the skin or bruised them

I don’t think so but it also sounds like it’s gotten past the point of being enjoyable for you so I’d say something anyways. And at least in my experience if you do get pregnant/nurse that kind of behavior will send you shooting thru the roof in pain as they’re more sensitive. Just make sure to let him know if your boundaries, and make sure he’s respecting them

My husband does this. He loves my boobs. He leaves hickies on my nips all the time. I’ve never ever thought he’d mess up me being able to produce milk. I’m sure you’re fine. Kids beat your nipples up pretty good when they breastfeed. Just tell him to be nicer.

I dont think it will have a long term effect. But if it causes sore and pain afterwards, you might want to ask him to tone down a bit. Sucking too hard or too much can cause pain for days, even when the nipple graze with your bra
