How fast did u conceive after BC pills?

I'm 38yrs old my DH is 34 I have 2 grown adult kids, he has none so desperate to have 1, had 2 MC a year ago.  gave my body some rest worked on my health now starting over.  So My AF was off,  Doctor put me on BC for 3 months to regulate my AF did it help you with Fertility?  How fast?

Answer

I was on bc for over 10 years and once I went off it took us 6 months to conceive
