Preterm labor at 30 weeks

Okay ladies, need some advice, a couple nights ago I started having horrible contractions, went to the hospital & they checked me and I was 1 cm dilated. Hour went by with being on monitor & contractions did not let up, checked me again I was at a 2. That’s when they started me on the medication to try and stop the contractions. Finally contractions started letting up & checked me again I was at 3 cm & 50% effaced. They kept me for a couple nights and I just got home today because the contractions were not bad anymore and wasn’t dilating any father. I’m home now but worried because I’m already 3 cm and effaced. Is there chance I can still carry full term ?
