Symptoms of Pregnancy for 1 and 1/2 weeks but negative Urine test.

I just started a new birth control (nuvaring) last month. I am on my off week. I Have not had the ring in for 5 days and have not gotten my period. I put it in on the 28th of August so I took it out when I was supposed to. I have been in and out of the doctors for 2 weeks now becasue off all of the symptoms i have been having. They did blood work and found nothing. I went back the following week and they found nothing. I went back today and told them nothing is getting better. They did a urine pregnancy test which came back negative. They Then did an x-ray becasue I told them I was constipated. I was constipated. But not terrible. Then they did a Brest and pelvic exam. The doctor said my walls and cervix were red and swollon, then she said that it looks like her pregnant patients. They swabbed for infection. I just got a call back telling me nothing showed up. So nothing is wrong. She then examened my brests. She pointed out that they were enlarged and swollen as well. She also pointed out the visible veins and the pimple looking dots on my aora (I don't think i spelled that right) she said thoes become more noticeable when a woman is pregnant. So i was like. Am i pregnant. She said no...your just constipated. She then proceeded to clean up. Tell me I could go home. Amd walked out the door. I seriously have no idea what to do.
