Help!! 😩 Need Advice

My nerves are shot right now ! I had lap surgery 8/20 to remove scar tissue and a cyst. My dr cleared my husband and I to have intercourse on 8/30 and of course that day we did. My cycle was due on 9/8 and here we are 9/22, no cycle, no sore boobs just cramping and spotting on Tuesday which was when I wiped one time and went away, and I had a crazy dream about fish on Wednesday... should I take a test or does surgery prolong your cycle ?
