Anyone experiencing hot and flushed cheeks?

The last few days I’ve noticed my checks are very red and flushed. Today they are super hot to the touch even. It’s weird. I’m not running a fever. I’m currently 34 weeks and 5 days.

I’ve noticed mine are like this especially when I get up from resting/napping. No idea why though either 🤷‍♀️

I get that A LOT. I’m not pregnant but I do have chronic hypertension. I’m not sure if that’s what causes mine but maybe check your bp.
