Positive pregnancy blood test (10 days)

I had intercourse on the 11th and took a blood test on the 21st because I was having pregnancy symptoms and the urine tests were still showing up negative. My first symptom was light pink spotting the day my period was due and light brown spotting 2 days after that. Then I experienced cramping, nausea, some dizziness, lower back pain, and fatigue. I knew something was up literally 5 days after I had sex I just had that gut feeling but kept telling my self it’s not possible because I had intercourse 2 days AFTER my period was due so I thought there was no chance I could get pregnant since I thought I wasn’t ovulating. It appears late ovulation is a thing. Nevertheless I’m pregnant and it puts my due date at June 4th. I already have 3 children and my last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage back in February of this year. The miscarriage was extremely difficult for me and I experienced great sadness afterwards. Now I’m pregnant again 7 months later with my rainbow baby. 🌈👼🏻🤰🏻👶🏻🤱🏻
