Not in the mood for sex ever

Ok so me and my boyfriend have been together for about four years. We tried to get pregnant for over a year with no luck. It started making sex less appealing to me. I recently had to have both fallopian tubes removed, I'm 30 and there's no way we can afford ivf . Our sex life has been a huge problem and he's not going to stick around much longer. I love him and don't want to lose him. I'm just so emotionally lost. I don't know how to explain to him how knowing that I can never have a baby of my own is destroying me.
