What’s your resting heart rate been lately?

Mine has been 84-95... and 103 when I’m just walking upstairs 🤢
Just looking at my Apple Watch gives me anxiety wondering if my HR is normal 😪

My heart rate resting has always been high85-95 but now that I’m pregnant it’s like 95-105

So apparently I'm of pretty good cardiovascular health because mine averages 75bpm over the last two months. In every single other way I'm unfit as shit tho 😂😂

I have an issue where if I stand up, my heart rate dramatically increases and the ER couldn't figure out why. Also, pretty intense heart palpitations. The palpitations are normal, but they still freak me out.

Mine was around 80 a few weeks ago, but it gets up to 130 with just walking around. I had to take my Fitbit off because I am suddenly reacting to the band. 🤦🏼‍♀️
Before pregnancy, my resting heart rate was mid 60s, and I only got up to 130 if I was doing a decent workout.

It’s normal! We have a LOT more blood circulating now. My resting HR used to be about 55 (I run...a lot) and now it’s often around 78-80, and can rise to 100 when I’m up doing things.

Mine has been high 80s. Freaked me out until I read that due to all the extra blood from pregnancy it would increase about 20bpm. So wild.

Mine used to be in the 60s before pregnancy now it's between 78 and 90. Also been having frequent palpitations. I have found mine shoots ups dramatically when I'm standing, I can physically feel it. Apparently our heart rates naturally increase when pregnant, so I'm assuming when we give birth it will go back to normal. 😊

I don't track it, but I'm sure it goes up easy because I'm winded doing very little. But it's a very very normal part of pregnancy. By the end of my first I couldn't even walk through a grocery store without feeling like I needed to sit down and catch my breath. Not looking forward to that again 😣
