Irritated, swollen labia

So recently I told my doctors I thought I had a UTI because it kinda stung when I peed & I had other symptoms that fell into the UTI category lol & I was prescribed cephalexin. Well I noticed recently that my vagina in general has been pretty irritated & itchy but my labia itself is swollen and also irritated. Could this be a sign of a yeast infection do to the antibiotic or could it be something more serious? Or is this just normal lol. I’m calling the doctor in the morning but just wanted to see your opinions (I have no STDs, I’ve been checked & me & my SO haven’t had sex since then due to my lack of sex drive)
