Any teachers???

I am having a morning 😭😭😭
I teach Monday-Friday and I am gone almost 10 hours a day! On top of that teaching is a nonstop job! All day long. 
I have 17, 6&7 year olds so I am going all day long. 
How are you ladies getting through your sickness 😩 I need advice. 
It is really taking a toll on me mentally and physically.

Unisom at night, helps me with my nausea and then keep snacks handy during the day. B6 vitamin helps some people but didn't do much for me.

I just got some Zofran from my dr after having to call out of work yesterday. I’m tying to just take maybe one a day in the morning and then do the b6 for the rest of the day with Unisom and b6 at night.

I teach middle school math. Thankfully my nausea hits in the afternoon around 2pm-5pm. I eat a healthy breakfast, snack on fruits and veggies before lunch, and by lunch time, I can mostly handle soup. I come home and nap. Cooking supper is no fun. I just want to sleep.
