How does this work? Im already 35 days late (i was cleared by my doctor to take it and i was tested not pregnant, and i keep getting period pains on and off even when taking my bc and i was spotting hard when i started and then it stopped, its now Tuesday (i started sunday) and still nothing now i just woke up but will it just hit?
