What does a “kick” “movement” or quickening feel like

First baby here, not too sure what I am supposed to be looking out for? When it happens will it be like “oh that is for sure a kick!” Or do I just have to guess and assume that if I feel anything it’s a kick or movement?

I'm feeling flutters at 13 weeks. it's an odd feelings but definitely not gas. it either feels like rolling bubbles popping or maybe a butterfly or kind of like a muscle spasm. it's hard to describe!

To me, it felt like a muscle twitch. I thought it was for a couple weeks, until I realized it was actually baby.

I didn’t realize mine was baby and not just gas until around 18 weeks with my first. Now I’m feeling stuff at 15 weeks with this one!

It feels like lightly tapping on the inside or popcorn popping to me.

With my first it felt like a goldfish swimming for the first week then she started legit kicks I could see on the outside. This one is just really wiggly so far. You’ll def know the kicks but I think the first movements feel a bit different for everyone. Like nudging on the inside kinda.

I think it’s different for everyone but my first kick really felt exactly like a kick and I was 100% positive what it was. The best description I had (and I know it’s a little dumb) was that it felt exactly like you imagine someone kicking you from the inside would feel like. As for quickening I never felt it with my first and don’t think I’ve felt it this time, people say it’s little fluttering feelings like a butterfly. If I’ve felt it I haven’t noticed.
