Babysitters??

Okay FTM here and my mother brought up the subject on who will babysit the baby after I go back to work if my job doesn’t allow my to work from home. 
How do you go about finding or deciding on someone? It’s like everyone I come up with I find something wrong and then change my mind. 
At this rate no one will be able to watch my poor baby!! 😢😢

there is a website called care.com that's good for finding sitters! you have every right to be picky. this website does a background check so maybe that would ease your mind..

I’m part of a Facebook group called CC Connect where people can either look for people to watch their kids or advertise they have openings. I was thinking of watching kids over the summer when I wasn’t driving school bus so I joined   I’m sure there are groups for your area

I’m currently a nanny on care.com it’s a really great resource for moms looking for babysitters/nannies! Good background checks, references, can see if they know infant/child CPR etc. I’ve found my last two nanny jobs there and they’ve been great situations for me and the mamas who have to work! Will miss nannying my current little buddy when my babe is born in March. Ask lots of questions! Be picky. This person is helping come along side you in bringing up your child!
