Pill Brand Switch

So I was taking trinessa lo for the past 9 months, this month my doctors office sent me a different brand through the mail called tri lo estarylla. It is the same type of combo pill however it had nasty side effects the first couple of weeks. I had breast pain, awful headaches, and nausea. I havent been able to get in an appointment to change it back to the trinessa lo yet so i’ve been sticking it out. The placebo week started sunday and it is now wednesday and i’ve only been spotting. Could this be from the switch of the brands?
