Ugh weight is so frustrating
Does anyone else feel like they go through periods of gaining weight and eating? Like I’m usually pretty conscious about what I eat but lately I’ve just been indulging ugh and I check the scale every day and it just keeps going up—— ugh I usually go to the gym twice and week but not to loose weight it’s more to maintain my weight and mental health, does anyone else go through these waves??? I hate it!
