Cramps

Since I was a teen I’ve had unbearable cramps to the point where if I don’t take a pain killer l within 5 mins of sensing my cramps are going to start I become a complete write off where ever I am. There have been times where I’ve had to leave work early or even worse get a family member to come find me and bring me home because I can’t move.

I know this isn’t normal and I was told I don’t have endometriosis but... I don’t want to keep taking pain killers every month because they start to wear off and I end up taking more each month.

Has anyone had this problem and doctors kind of just went “get over it. This is normal” or been checked for endometriosis multiple times and it comes back positive after a year or something. Just kind of between a rock and hard place with this and doctors.
