Desperate to lose weight
Hey ladies! I am currently 280lbs & desperate to lose the weight so I can improve my quality of life & help my conditions. Yes I am working with the advice & direction of my doctor & dietician but am looking for suggestions I can ask them about & that could help me on my journey.
I have PCOS, Binge eating disorder & we also believe I have ankylosing spondylitis but are just waiting on some test results for confirmation.
Due to these I am always in pain. My feet, back & hips cannot handle much more pressure considering I already work 45-50 hours a week on my feet. This limits what I can do to workout & would love new ideas! Unfortunetly swimming is not available, but I am doing some gentle yoga. Then you combine the stress of being in constant pain with intense carb cravings & unstable blood sugar due to insulin resistance from my pcos & it makes it hard for me to eat healthy. When I try to change my diet I always end up binging on junk food, regardless on if I cut it out, or allowed a bit, ect... It's incredibly frustrating as losing this weight will improve many aspects of my diseases but it feels nearly impossible some days.
Any ideas on workouts I could do, things that would help the cravings?
