Why do guys don’t come talk to me?

I’ve thought a couple times about this question. Some guys look at me but don’t come talk to me. Once my ex told me he was afraid to come because I looked confident and he thought I would reject him. I just don’t understand I’m always smiling and laughing 🤷🏻‍♀️ what do you think I can do to look more accessible (no idea if it’s the right word😂) ? Does this happen to you too ?

Please don’t tell me to do the first move I’m too shy for that. I would blush and look as red as a shrimp 🤦🏻‍♀️
