Chlamydia confusion??

I have only had 1 partner which is my boyfriend. I was diagnosed by two different hospitals with chlamydia almost a year ago. I went and got it treated immediately.

I thought my partner had his fixed as well but it turned out he didn’t. We continued having sex (he lied about getting his treated) so it was already too late. I got tested AGAIN but everything came back negative. They said I was in the clear and everything is normal! I am so confused about these results! My partner never got treated but I suddenly pop up negative?? Anyone have any clue as to what’s going on?
