MRSA or Lyme?

Okay, so I already took my MIL to the doctor and they have her on antibiotics. However she can’t remember getting bit by anything and she does get really large blackheads. Initially I thought it was just an infected blackhead, but the rings look like Lyme. She’s also had headaches and fever.

My husband says it looks like west Nile but I don’t think so.

All we can do now is wait and hope the antibiotics work! If she’s not improved in 24 hours they said to go to the hospital.

Does this look like for sure Lyme or MRSA or anything else for that matter?
