Not as far as we thought

I’m not too concerned I ovulated 2 weeks later than they thought with my now 4 year old but I did go to get a 6 week 1 day ultrasound to ease my mind and also surprise my 4 year old thats she gonna be a big sister but kinda bummed to find out I’m probably a week or so behind. Any thoughts? It was a private ultrasound so they are having me go back in 1 week to take another look, how far along does this abdominal ultrasound look? Is that the baby on the left? Anybody experience this?
