AF starting to show really late IPB?

I have no clue..im 25 dpo and 12 days late. Last baby dance was August 28th yeah i know, but DH works out of town. I've had just a little bit of cramping everyday since the 29th all test are bfn opks and pregnancy t. What could this be. Only when i wipe. I put a liner on and nothing on it.
