Confused

So I am wondering how far along I am since April my period have not been normal and so in August I started 16 th then sep I started on the 20th but it was light and med flow with some brown and stopped on the 23 and a couple days later spotting brown and Evey day gets worse I have headache and boobs hurt and feel nauseous my belly feels different I feel pregnant i took two test they were really faint so I'm just trying to figure out how far along I would be ugh and the symptoms are driving me crazy I never had this much trouble with my other two pregnancy
