sleeping problems

anyone else baby not wanting to sleep. for about the past week within an hr of going to sleep she wakes up screaming and then does this most of the rest of the night she might sleep one hr or a few hrs but shes been waking up at least 5 or 6 times a night more like a newborn sleep. it's so rough any ideas on how to get her back to sleeping. I'm 12wks 4 days pregnant so not sleeping plus having to chase her all day is getting harder and harder. throughout the day I'm fighting to stay awake while shes up playing of course when her dad is home he will let me get some sleep but he works 12-16 hrs on his days he works. just looking for suggestions
