Baby has a cold

My 7 month old has a cold for the first time. I’m pretty sure it’s a cold, she has all the symptoms of one. Anyway, how do you help your baby when they’re sick? She’s congested so we brought a nose aspirator. We’re on vacation so our humidifier is at home. I know fresh air could help, it always helps me. I don’t think we have any saline drops. She’s just fussy, sleepy, and congested. She’s a bit warm but not concerning enough to call her doctor. She eats and drinks her formula and baby food just fine.
