So I’ve watched CSI : SVU Lately and a few episodes has involved. Then I was watching the Good Doctor tonight. The girl on the show said she was held down and had it done to her at 2. I know these are just shows but SVU is based off real life.

So I googled what is this about? I know it has something to do with cultures. I’m curious to know more about it. It’s seems brutal I know when you do boys you should have it done as you as possible so they don’t feel as much. Boy also don’t have as many neves down there. I could imagine you could do some major damage. I guess that why it’s been band in lots of places. Please share what you know about it.
