Okay girls I need some help please

Okay so this might be long but I have absolutely no clue when I ovulated or anything, missed period and didn’t think much of it (even tho I never have had that) I started feeling really tired for a few days, then Nauseous, then it got worse with a killer headache over a couple days I took a test and there was mixed results, I felt like I could see something faint and others agreed (I didn’t use first morning pee ) but it was so incredibly faint it could be nothing because a lot of people didn’t see it and I feel like with a late period I should have a dark line? My boobs hurt and are a lil swollen and my nipples seem darker and a min ago I threw up in my mouth 😂 I have no clue what this could mean can it mean I’m pregnant? I really need someone’s honest opinion because if I’m just over thinking about being pregnant I’d like a reality check 🤦🏻‍♀️
