Period after miscarriage

Hi ladies.

I had a miscarriage on the 5th September, it was a blighted ovum measuring 5 weeks when I was supposed to be 7+2... the bleeding stopped on the 10th & I had a negative test on the 11th.

Yesterday I started spotting brown blood and was brown sometimes red when I wiped. Not even enough worth for me to be changing a panty liner a day. It’s a tiny little bit heavier today but only was more this morning. Nothing since.

I was wondering if anyone else has had anything similar? I’ve done a test again and it’s negative so I’m not pregnant... maybe I didn’t ovulate? So there isn’t enough lining to shed? I’m having period cramps, sore boobs etc just so confused.
