Just found out I can’t conceive

Just had my blood test results back for fsh and I have been told my eggs are not suitable and I can’t conceive. They have degraded and I have a limited supply. The fsh was above normal.

I’m heart broken. I’m 40yrs and my partner is 27yrs. We met late and have been together for four years. We’re supposed to be getting married next year. He would love children.

I’m considering leaving him so he can find some one his own age and able to have children. I love him and can’t sentence him to life without children. I just don’t know what to do.
