Bumps on my nipples??

So I’m on the pill normally but took a plan b pm a week ago because of a mishap. I continued taking my pills as normal and have been noticing things from the pill (or so I think). The first day I took it I noticed slight cramping & spotting. It went away by the second day. The 3rd day my breasts got really swollen and tender. This went away like 2 days ago...

But now I just noticed I have little bumps around my nipple (on the brown part). I looked it up & I’ve read that they usually come in during pregnant & it’s a sign of early pregnancy. BUT it can also be caused by hormone imbalance or stress. It makes sense that it’s from the pill and causing a hormone imbalance but now I’m freaking out!!! Has this happened to anyone who took plan b???

I took plan b 12 hours after I had sex...so it should be effective. Also, I was looking through old photos & noticed I might have had these little bumps for a while now & just haven’t noticed???
