Pre period symptoms
Does anyone else sweat profusely before and during the first few days of their period? I always know my period is about to start because I wake up out of my sleep drenched in sweat and I have to change my clothes and either lay towels on the sheets (which makes me sweat 😓 even more 🤦🏾♀️) or change them completely. Does anyone have any insight on why this happens?
