first OBGYN visit

okay ladies, so i first became sexually active in december of last year and have had two partners since then. i know that you’re supposed to start going after you become sexually active at the latest, and i’m super paranoid about stds and things of that nature. but i have an anxiety problem specifically linked to sex and sexual contact. i know that a visit isn’t sex but i also know that i need an exam and because of my anxiety and not wanting my parents to know i’m going, i have been putting this off. i know that i should go just to get looked at and checked for stds just as a routine sort of this so future partners can be confident that i’m clean, but important so scared. and this isn’t just being nervous i mean i have had full fledged panic attacks over small types of sexual contact not even related to the vagina so this is something that’s really hard for me. any recommendations ladies??
