Confused

So as of today i should be 4 weeks 6 days and had went to the dr for some cramping i thought was alarming. He insisted everything seemed fine and he wasnt worried, they took blood and will call me tomorrow. Im wide awake and just feel off like different/ no pregnancy symptoms so i went to the bathroom ( its about 12am ) and peed on a digital test... its says not pregnant.... i am totally confused and upset. I am not bleeding and the cramping is gone. I have peed like 6 times since ive laid down and cant sleep could this be why? I personally doubt it but idk high hopes i guess since i see no blood at all.
